Week 3 | Day 16 | Miang Kham

This was clicked at Benjarong, Bangalore. Miang Kham is a a thai starter, much like Indian pan actually… various condiments like peanuts, roasted coconut, birds eye chilli, ginger, lime and sweet and sour tamarind based of fish sauce based sweetner are served with beteel leaves (sometimes even lettuce which is what benjarong does or even the leaves of Chinese broccoli in some areas). The idea is to combine everything, fold it, pop in your mouth and wait for the burst of flavors which form the basis of Thai food.
